Women in Numbers (WIN) is a bi-partisan organization whose mission is to provide a network of financial support and training to help qualified women to gain appointive or elected office. Founded in 1992, WIN is a 527 membership organization and has a political action committee and is registered with the Registry of Election Finance.
WIN and its members actively recruit women to run for public office, help them raise early money and show them how to run an effective campaign. We believe that by getting involved in the process, we can increase the number of qualified women running for political office and seeking appointive office.

Once the Board affirms those endorsements, they are published on the WIN website, and in “The WINning List,” a newsletter that is mailed to a statewide mailing list, and released to WIN's network of media contacts.
