WIN is classified as a Political Action Committee by the Registry of Election Finance.
WIN operates as a bundling organization (similar to EMILY’s list and WISH at the national level) to provide a financial network for women running for public office.
WIN, a bi-partisan organization, endorses women only. WIN endorses in state and local races only (no federal or judicial races).
WIN Members have contributed more than $200,000 to women's campaigns.
WIN has endorsed over 70 candidates for public office.
Nearly two-thirds of WIN-endorsed candidates have been elected to office. |

- WIN selection committee reviews applications and endorses candidates.
- Endorsements are published in “The WINning List,” a newsletter that is mailed to a statewide mailing list.
- Members choose to whom they send their money.
- Members write their checks directly to the candidate and then mail them to WIN.
- WIN bundles the checks and forwards them to the candidates.
